Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data NOIR. (“we”, the site at noir-beats.com) collects, why, and your rights over it. Questions: noir.did.it@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details — when you register: email, and optionally your name, surname and nickname. Your password is handled and hashed by our auth provider (Supabase); we never see or store it.
- Purchase details — if you buy a beat, checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy. They collect your billing info and process the card; we receive only the order confirmation and license details. We never see your full card number.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP, browser) kept by our host, Netlify, for security and delivery.
- We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your data.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser storage only to (a) keep you logged in and (b), with your consent, remember small preferences. There are no third-party advertising cookies. You choose “Accept” or “Necessary only” in the banner, and can clear these any time in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the site work, each under their own privacy terms:
- Supabase — accounts & authentication.
- Netlify — hosting; and, if you sign up, a copy of your name/email is stored as a contact lead in Netlify Forms.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments & order/license delivery.
- Google Fonts / jsDelivr — load fonts and scripts.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Order records may be kept longer where required for tax/accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing contact. Email noir.did.it@gmail.com and we’ll action it. If you’re in the EU/UK you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change; the date above shows the latest version.
