Terms & License Agreement

By using noir-beats.com or purchasing a beat, you agree to these terms. Questions: noir.did.it@gmail.com.
1. Using the site
Demo streams and preview downloads are for evaluation only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any NOIR. beat unless you have purchased a license granting that right.
2. Licenses
Each beat is offered under the license tiers shown at checkout. In general:
- Lease (MP3 / WAV / Unlimited) — a non-exclusive license. The beat stays available to others; your rights (streams, sales, video use, etc.) are defined by the tier you buy. NOIR. retains ownership of the underlying composition.
- Exclusive — the beat is removed from sale and transferred to you under the terms agreed at purchase. Contact us for exclusive deals.
You must credit “Prod. NOIR.” where the license requires it. The full, tier-specific terms are delivered with your files at checkout and govern your purchase.
3. Payment & delivery
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Your files and license document are delivered automatically after successful payment. Prices are shown at checkout; applicable tax/VAT is added there.
4. Refunds
Because beats are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your order (wrong file, failed download), email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it.
5. Ownership & liability
NOIR. retains copyright of all beats except where an exclusive transfer is agreed in writing. The beats are provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, NOIR. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Your purchase is governed by the license terms in force at the time of that purchase.
